I wish I was rich. Not even to buy status symbol bullshit or luxuries. I’d sort basic needs for myself and my pet, get in a more stable position from scrambling for survival and then help others. Fucking fund food relief, accommodation, DV resources and animal shelters.
The conditions that have been created through greed are shameful in an affluent first world country (and unfortunately I’m not currently able to do much)
I used to wish I was rich enough to help people, now I wish society was rich enough that people didn't need help.
