Yummo. Eel is overlooked in most "western cuisine", such a shame.
Look I was wondering if you also had some Felix Felicis for today... Just a half serve should do?

It is NOT overlooked. Just out of fashion at the moment. Look up London Eel Pies. Staple food of the poor for centuries in Britain.
Besides, I do a mean crumbed eel fillet with sharp sauce myself. Also stewed eel and smoked eel is wonderful in a salad.
