I only think Mac with Cheese is weird on this list.
For sausage in a bun, I would assume you mean a sausage patty on a roll. Which is a pretty popular sandwich. Throw on an egg and some cheese and you've got a classic breakfast sandwich. It's just called "sausage egg and cheese on a roll" I'd assume if you said bun you'd probably get the same thing.
For chicken BLT, that's a real thing I've seen before. It's just a BLT with some chicken included. It's just a variant.
So it seems like you're proving the opposite point you're trying to make.
