We’re visiting the in-laws in Santa Monica this weekend so we won’t have our weekly pizza to post. Instead enjoy one of our recent failures, when I was tired and forgot to turn the pizza oven off before loading it up hence this charred mess. I think we ate most of the burnt pepperoni but the rest was a throw away.
I'd hack off the edges and maybe soak the rest of the crust with some hot sauce or ranch or something to soften it up. But then again, I am a bit of a degenerate lol
