give the poor fella some time to have a bit of a sulk if its not in the range he wanted. Probably more likely means its gonna be a yes from him the longer it takes. they'll be trying to urgently find something better, but if its been on the market a while they know they wont.

This is a different house. I like both for different reasons but this one they need to upsize which is why they are selling and needs minimal work. Plus I will have no debt and the implications of that are so good (travel, providing for little one, savings). But no idea what their thinking is. It's been on the market for 2 months and I know they've put an offer in on another house which I think has been accepted so really up in the air but I feel like it is promising. I am just impatient.
