so glad this is 4 8 hour days for the same pay. the proper 4 day work week. 4 10’s is not progress. 4 days for less money is not progress.

Hear, hear!

Way too many people support the idea of 4 longer days and claim that's what a 4 day work week is. NO.

I could maybe accept 4 days for 90% pay (remembering that for the pay to be at the same hourly rate, it'd be 4 days for 80% pay), but a true 4 day work week has to be 4 days of the same number of daily hours as normal, without the pay cut that would otherwise be associated with that much time cut.
