Geez. That sounds like an ordeal and a half. I know all too well about fighting over something that might seem trivial, but it comes down to the principal of the matter.

Here's hoping on the other side Amazon just refund you the money sooner rather than later. Surely there's someone there that looks at how much time is going into the admin of trying to resolve the complaint and just go "fuck it, it's $7". Then again, their Overlord and all round Evil Doer of a boss would be stingy enough that $7 would be something he'd fight tooth and nail over.

Deffo. They keep saying their system doesn’t support refunds this way. I say I don’t think under Australian consumer law they have a choice. Guess we will see what the ACCC say.
