Starting to feel an itch in my throat and feeling colder than usual this morning, I hope it's not the start to a full blown cold πŸ€’

Similar to me. I could not get warm yesterday until late in the afternoon and I developed a pain in my throat when swallowing which is still there today. Came with a headache and fatigue/brain fog but not much in the way of sniffles.

Best to take the weekend off for yourself if that's the case, I may do just that myself

I've had a throat itch for a few weeks. I reckon it's mild hayfever from a warm winter. I eat plenty of fruit and veggies which is what usually helps me get over a cold.

yup, hayfever and dry weather/dry indoors
