Usually dogs and cats are just there. Hungry and lonely, abandoned by their owners or having no alive owners. Between feeding and not feeding such pets soldiers choose the first one. And the pets start living with the soldiers. Then the soldiers make photos of their new pets. So, it's not propaganda.
And there's an important correction: animals are victims of what Russians are doing.
A different perspective of fighting back when a country invades you and murders, rapes, and pillages your people?

The Russian trolls are not really very clever are they it's mostly just about being irritating rather than convincing.

It can be viewed as propoganda, just as your idiotic blithering defending the ruzzian orcs is definitely propaganda. The difference is that the kitty picture is "good" propaganda, that will help end the war and stop harming anumals. Your shilling is causing harm to other animals.
