Pointless because she merely says she is what starts a party, not that her presence is required for a party to continue once started.

that's the point. she walks in, the party starts, she walks out, the party continues, she walks in again, the party should start again, creating a paradox as the party was already going

No, no, no. A party doesn't start until she walks in; it doesn't start when she walks in. So a party has no obligation to start again if it's already in progress.
