Yeah I got that, I'm asking if you mean to say that Russia isn't killing civilians?
Why would anyone say that when everyone knows that it incontrovertibly is? Civilians always get killed in war, but scale, proportion, and intent matter. Noam Chomsky: Russia is fighting more humanely than the US did in Iraq
