I remember wanting to do that in kindergarten. It's one of my oldest intrusive thoughts, biting off a piece of lipstick. Chalk, too. It'd probably be disgusting, but I want to feel the texture in my mouth as I chew it.
I would strongly recommend against this, while it tastes good the texture is absolutely disgusting.
Surprisingly, chalk is not that bad in terms of taste or texture as it just tastes like dry rock. If you are that curious make sure to get a new piece of uncoloured chalk and eat only a small amount.
