IIRC this paper on baby hydrocephaly mortality rates in Texas from the last 3 decades found that after accounting for proxies of maternal education and socioeconomic status, babies born to Black and Hispanic mothers had a higher rate of death across the board of hydrocephaly conditions.

Texas has always been a shitstain.
