Seems like you didn't watch the video all the way through or you didn't listen. This video is not 100% clickbait, your comment is. In the video they mention body fat being a contributor to heart attacks and to check your own BF % at home using calipers or getting a DEXA scan (I'd recommend an MRI over a DEXA scan if you're dropping money like that).

The video isn't perfect. The recommendations are decent for what you can actually do at home but they could have gone into more detail on things like DEXA vs calipers but a good starting point regardless.

Your examples of info from the video would have been a great addition to the video title or post description.

I didn’t watch the video at all. The title of the video and the post description weren’t enough info for me to know whether it’s worth watching.

If it said X, Y, and Z measures can be done at home, and the video explained them in depth, then I’d know if I wanted to know more about those measures.

This video could have been about the healing power of essential oils for all I know from this title and post description. Not going to risk the click. Not even if it might manipulate me into clicking because it’s about heart attacks.

Agreed, more info on the video would have been helpful. I personally preferred to solve the problem by watching the video and I don't think too hard on giving views to people. So watching a video with little context, even if it's about something I really dislike such as essential oils, is no big deal to me.

Yeah, I thought it was well reasoned.

Especially the discussion about calcified plaque vs soft plaque. CAC being a useful thing to know, but covering it's limitations

Metabolic health measurements that can be done at home: Whr, grip strength, glucose tolerance test,

Obviously prediabetes, and diabetes are huge massive risk factors. Overall muscle mass is a preventative factor as well, but just because someone is athletic doesn't mean they are healthy.
