Yes all the children who would've gotten a 7/10 education will be just as happy to get a 2/10 one, their lives don't count anyhow. No one is going to suffer whatsoever here. The department of education certainly hasn't been doing anything good. I say all of this because I'm an awful person who only cares about the things I believe impact me directly!
