That's worse.
Is it? Mistakes happen, all we can do is try to minimise the frequency of them.
On that scale? With no Undo? Yeah, that's much worse. It's a government account. There should be regular backups, and no single whoopsie-daisy should see them all erased.
I wouldn't necessarily describe UniSuper as being part of a government.
