Nutze datenschutzfreundliche E-Mail-Dienste wie mailbox.org oder Posteo, die keine Werbung schalten und deine Daten respektieren. So vermeidest du US-Anbieter wie Google Mail und Outlook, die deine E-Mails zur Profilerstellung und Werbung verwenden.

Ich denke, wenn man nicht den Webmailer nutzt, sollte man da sicher sein. Zur Werbung: Ich nutze 4 GMX-Adressen. Nur in der, die ich für online shopping verwende, laufen pro Woche rd. 30 Spam-Mails ein, an der Adresse für "Offizielles", Job, Ämter und so, kommt 1x pro Woche eine Eigenwerbung von GMX.
An den 2 anderen Adressen, zB für Anmeldungen wie hier, oder zB komoot, keine Werbung, ausser GMX Eigenwerbung ab und an mal. Für mich akzeptabel für "kostenlos".
