You know it's funny once Bidens approval rating took a dive the media stopped talking about it for the rest of his term.
Trump hasn't been been back for a month and suddenly we care about approval ratings again?
Trumps average approval rating for his first term was 41.1. The worst rating since the ratings started.
Bidens average rating for his term was 42.2. The second worst average rating since the system started.
It's a little early to start drawing conclusions for sure. Interesting to see though that this time, like last time, his approval starts around 45%. You'd think having just been elected they'd start about 50 at least. Biden at least had the benefit of the doubt for a while it seems.
I find it fascinating how Trumps ratings took a hit when COVID started but then they went higher than when he started his presidency only for them to fall off a cliff at the end.
Another interesting thing is seeing how "jumpy" the data is for both Obama and Trump, but with Biden it looks like they either polled for data way less often or his ratings just stagnated for periods of time.
I don't think it's that interesting at all. Trump had an opportunity to step up and be a leader for all Americans, and for a moment it seemed he was going to do so, but instead he politicized the only preventative measures we had and made sure all his friends got massive paydays.
The media talked nonstop about how old Biden was, to the detriment of every other important topic, and literally doctored footage to make him look like he'd lost his marbles, so if you're saying the media is unfairly biased against Orange Julius here I'm going to have to call major bullshit.

Yeah... Because he was old and very clearly in an obviously sharp mental decline pretty much from the start of his term.
Just like Trump was the president with the lowest approval rating ever.
Both things can be true.
I was only talking about the rating though. The entire time Trump was in office I saw a news articles about his low ratings at least once a week if not more. Then Biden took office and the media bragged about his rating for the first little bit until they dropped off. Then they never mentioned it again. I pretty much forgot about presidential approval rating until Trump took office again and of course we immediately get articles about it again.
I am simply pointing out the hypocrisy is all.
