If that weight isn't just the initial water weight loss, that's a lot of weight to lose in a month. Congratulations with a successful month 🙂, but be careful to not overreach. If you're planning to train and build muscle while dieting, you shouldn't be too aggressive with the caloric deficit.
If you are comfortable with you current diet, you shouldn't change your diet. Unless you enjoy the keto diet, it won't do you any good. At best you keep your weight loss, at worst the diet throws you off course, so there's little to gain with a keto diet. Calories in vs calories out will always be king.
100% this. Diets shmiets, the quantity you eat is what's going to affect your mass. A lot of those diets naturally reduce your calorie intake which is why they work, but most people just eat more to compensate which makes it ineffective
