My eyesight has been stable for a long time. Haven't had my eyes tested since just before covid and today I learnt I'm one step more short sighted. It's a small change but at the same time I'm disappointed that even in my early 40s my eyes are still changing in this way.
cries in wearing glasses full time from age 6
That's rough. My affliction began age 14. Interestingly, they say more time in the sun during childhood can potentially reduce myopia.
Did your eyesight stabilise for a while though? I haven't needed a new prescription from my late teens through to 30s - though I suspect I'll be needing one in a couple of years
It did for a long time...I want to say about 10 years. Hence why I'm disappointed now it's decided to change again. Like fuck me aren't I blind enough?
