This perfectly reflects what I've been seeing here on lemmy. Mindless outrage cancel culture train.
It's sad to see much more moderate and reasonable takes on reddit.
Earlier today I found many lemmians that suggested abolishing freedom of speech because of bigotry. They are absolutely nuts on here.
Yes, moderate change will save the ecosystem. Reasonable actions are what we need to slowly decelerate the train and allow us to turn. Which will be possible after how long? When do we see these results? We've been trying your way for decades in case you missed it. Look where it's gotten us.
Get the fuck out of here.
Extremism is always done for some self proclaimed greater good.
