You lose points by googling, because everyone upvoting surely has seen the US government say something about China and knows where to find that document.

The US gov just banned an app because they say China wants to use it to sabotage our country.
The president, the Senate, and the supreme Court all declared China to be a national enemy who can't be trusted with the info of American customers
