I choose the alternate path of swearing to emphasize good things like "I fucking love you" and saying bad things entirely without profanity.
Like "you're an insipid piece of garbage and you make the world a worse place by your presence in it"
I find it's more fun this way :) plus it incintivises me to say nice things more often cause it's fun and easy, and being mean requires more mental effort
