As others have said, this one felt like filler. Kinda strange after the neck breaking speed in prior episodes, but I'm not against it.
I would like to gush about the planet design this time around. The megaflora along with the ominous lighting was the best looking environment yet. The giants themselves, unfortunately were boring.
'Big == tough' felt awkward after them defeating two out of three Tamagamis, which are supposed to be the strongest demons, but whatever. What I actually did dislike, however, were the missed chances. If we go for dumb fun, I would have loved a giant Piccolo or Oozaru apperance. Simply because it would be fun for them to still be small in comparison.
Having a giant-giant planet too was funny, but we'll probably never see or hear about any of them ever again.
It was a jarring change of pace for sure. It was fun enough, but entirely inconsequential. I don't care for the 'too big for us' thing either, but they have to put some kind of nerf on them I guess
