Hey all, just hoping to get some recommmendations on a meal planner where I can enter in favourite foods, target macros, etc.

I had one years ago but can't for the life of me remember what the site was. It was pretty handy.

Macros (Macronutrients) are Protein, Carbs, and Fats. Basically the big picture components that make up your food. At the other end of the spectrum you've got Micros, which are like specific vitamins etc

Ah, cool, thank you. I cook a lot (and use Excel for meal planning and to keep track of protein, carbs, and veggies) but I'd never come across macros.
