$5 a month is all they ask — an absurdly low price for a Lemmyverse of news, education, entertainment, and silly memes.

So, the Brietbart circuit of link-aggregator faux-news services and its counterparts in Right Wing Media will often have a section called "Black Crime" or "Muslim Terror Attacks" which simply compile a list of pictures, videos, and news headlines that fixate on a particular topic.
Agitators who use the site will then repost and spread the aggregates links to more generic and neutralish platforms (your Reddits, Facebooks, Twitters, etc) while asserting the prevalence of a particular set of headlines proves a bias against certain religious or ethnic groups.
Another vector for attack is for seemingly benign or apolitical communities - i can haz cheeseburger style cutsey meme communities, sports betting websites, online gaming forums - to get periodic themed interjections from these sources. So, "Chinese PETA fights back against restaurants that serve dogs" is a ahem heartwarming story that got tons of press coverage when conservative media first fixated hard on anti-China trade and military policy. People getting incredibly racist towards the Iranian, Bolivian, or North Korean soccer teams during the World Cup preliminaries is another common trope, typically by passing around "I can't wait until you lose and your home country has you all executed" themed messages.
All this is to say, this kind of post is in poor taste and follows a broad ugly pattern of behavior. You can find far-right Christian groups that will do the exact same link aggregation, aimed at Muslims, LGBTQ organizers, and generic liberals. Don't get suckered into simple bigotry based on cherry picked headline gore.
Sorry, but no. The helpful, godly, angelic image of religion needs to be punctured by facts.
