TFA! Honestly, I don't feel urges anymore, also my sleep quality has improved a lot, I don't think it's necessarily all because of not fapping, but partly because of not feeling the urge to look for that one last dopeamine hit, now I can fall asleep easily without needing distractions like my phone, this has also helped me fix my natural body clock, I’ve been waking up early consistently, and I think it’s less about quitting corn and more about saving my energy and taking proper naps.

Another big change is my focus, I can sit and concentrate for longer periods without feeling the need to chase activities that give a quick dopamine hit. Sure, those thoughts still pop up occasionally, but I’ve learned to shake them off and move on.

Yeah, I also wanna share that, In these 46 days, I haven’t once looked at any kind of explicit content, and I’ve been actively working on improving my lifestyle, eating healthy, working out regularly, and maintaining a consistent sleep schedule.

If you’re thinking about starting, I’d say go for it. It’s tough at first, but the benefits are absolutely worth it, also someone in this communtiy posted an ebook for quitting corn, and it's really helpful, you should give it a try : easy-peasy-method

I need to. I'm gonna try to call today Day 1, yesterday I deleted my perv accounts and added some porn blocker DNS to my pihole so there's extra steps between me and corn lol. The broken dopamine thing is 100% a big part of my problem.
