Hero Shooter: Team Fortress 2, Deadlock
MOBA: Deadlock
Bullet Hell: Assault Android Cactus, but I think this is a stretch. I have been playing an orthodox bullet hell recently, but not on Steam!

These are some very good game ideas. :)
The few hours I've spent in Wobbledogs, Shenzhen I/O and Another Crab's Treasure apparently were more significant to Steam than the few hundred hours in Satisfactory and Factorio.
