Unfortunately it’s the opposite, people with ADHD seem to be more likely to have anxiety: https://www.additudemag.com/adhd-and-anxiety-symptoms-coping/
There also seems to be a link between ADHD and epilepsy: https://www.additudemag.com/new-research-shows-adhdepilepsy-link/amp/
Probably selection bias for me, since all my ADHD friends have fantastic supportive family
