While I agree with you he is scum of the earth, he does hold a doctorate, meaning he can call himself doctor.
Exposing people for what they are is most effective if there is nothing in your story that people can use as “See? You’re wrong about this one thing so you must be wrong about everything”.
He is scum and exploits people, and I wish he would just go away.
He can call himself "doctor" but he can't practice because the regulatory authorities took away his licence to practice specifically because his show breaks so many of their rules. Even Dr. Oz never got his licence pulled.
It was pulled or he didn't have it renewed?

Only cnut scumbags call themselves Dr if they aren't real doctors
Only scumbags who aren't medical vet or other real doctors use the title Dr for themselves
