  For-profit consultants across the country make millions each year by charging military veterans for help in filing their disability claims - even though it's illegal for companies that aren’t accredited by the VA to charge veterans fees for helping file their claims.

Talk about tackling the symptom instead of the disease. If your claim process is so difficult that it makes sense to hire someone to do it, you're the problem. If it was simple and easy these companies wouldn't even have a market.
