There's also mint jelly that goes relatively well with lamb. I guess mint chutney is also somewhat similar.

Well I learned something new today. Not sure I'd enjoy mint sauce but I'd definitely try it.

It's similar to a vinaigrette and goes really well with lamb. Acid to cut the meat flavour

Mint sauce is amazing. It's got mint flavor but it's very savory, sometimes sweet.
