I’d take that last sentence a bit further and say it can definitely be nearly impossible to kill all the way AND can overgrow and become a nuisance.
That said one of my favorite games to play is trying to keep the water balanced such that the Java moss doesn’t get crufted up.
A bajillion shrimp will love your moss.
The moss on the bottom and attached to jhe top is java. I was wondering about the long thin brighter green strand that caught itself on the rest. It has grown quite a bit from when it first showed up floating around the tank before being caught here.
I loved shrimp in this tank. So did the pictus catfish. Lesson learned.
I think that’s also Java moss
Well alright! Looks like java might be the better moss than weeping for what I wanted to achieve in other parts of the tank.
