You didn't hear about them railroading disabled veterans into it, or you forgot, or it doesn't count because reasons? Or the woman with MCS who was granted MAiD while her pleas for a decent place to live were ignored? Canada is using MAiD is a tool for culling undesirables, and we know that because it has happened. Once would be enough and it isn't once.
Wow that's an aggressive reply, assuming I'm just dismissive as opposed to unaware.
The answer is that I am unaware - I haven't seen these articles you're discussing.
Bruh, go touch grass. You are parroting word for word the conservative rhetoric playbook.
I wouldn't know. Broken clocks are right twice a day, maybe conservatives happen to have hit upon the fact that MAiD can, will be, and is abused to purge undesirables. Conservatives also believe China isn't a friendly country, am I "parroting their rhetoric" when I concur with that obvious fact?
I'd appreciate you letting me know if you plan to keep your account for a while, because when—not if—the inevitable "Inquiry Finds Disabled, Mentally Ill, First Nations Disproportionately Receive Medically-Assisted Death Amid Allegations of Railroading" story breaks, you currently don't even have a concept of an I-told-you-so compared to the double-overhand chaos dunk I will bring down.
Purged? She wasn't purged. She was forced into treatment for an infectious disease. Sounds like the conditions of imprisonment where wrong though. But what should we do here? Let someone wander around with a fatal disease that is treatable but also transmittable easily?
Tell me in your own words what you think context is.
