If you didn't realize that things were worse in every other modernized nation and that US policy avoided this, then you are pretty ignorant.

Shut up and be happy that you can't afford groceries, peasant!

It simply isn't realistic to expect a golden pony when the economy was mostly shut down for the past year and change.

Then don't say it's good when it ain't.

All I'm saying is people need to have realistic expectations. Nobody could magically reverse things so it's like Covid never happened and lower prices on top of that.

No. You're saying that people who can't afford groceries should be ecstatic about being lied to that they're doing fine.

And then belittling anyone who says that things ain't as great as you're claiming by pretending that they're expecting the impossible when they just want their own party to accept the reality that they're not doing well. Which I guess since that party is Democrats, is asking the impossible. After all, everything's perfect at all times when Democrats are in office and if your lying pocketbook tells you otherwise, it's only because you want Trump to win.

We aren't doing fine, but we are doing as well as can realistically be expected. There is nowhere on the planet that isn't struggling right now. Food insecurity is up everywhere. Cost of living is up everywhere. The global economy is still recovering from Covid and nobody can fix that with a snap of their fingers. It will just take time.

We aren’t doing fine, but we are doing as well as can realistically be expected.

Democrats didn't seem to think so during the last election cycle.

Cost of living is up everywhere.

Gee. If only someone had the opportunity to raise the minimum wage during the past 4 years.

The global economy is still recovering from Covid and nobody can fix that with a snap of their fingers. It will just take time.

We shoveled a fuckton of money at people who were already rich. The global economy is working just fine for everyone the two major parties actually give a shit about.

By everywhere I mean other countries.

The global economy is working just fine for everyone the two major parties actually give a shit about.

Get out of here with that "both parties are the same" shit. It only helps Trump.
