Mouse Gestures

One the many popular features in Vivaldi is mouse gestures. Have you tried them?

You need to enable mouse gestures in settings. They work using the mouse and through another setting, you make them work on the trackpad as well (using ALT).

Our goal is to adapt to your needs as a user of Vivaldi and this is part of it.

Mouse gestures and foremost MDI / "Tabs" were featured even in the early Operas weren't they.

Whether it was the early Opera browsers or the Opera for JRE mobiles, cellphones, there sure were some good stuff back then, pioneering, I'd say

@preferred @Vivaldi

Indeed. I implemented MDI tabs in Opera 1.0 30 years ago. Mouse gestures were added years later.

Mouse gestures in Vivaldi are a lot more powerful, though. You can easily make your own and have them to just about anything.

@[email protected] @[email protected] @[email protected] IIRC Opera 5 introduced the mouse gestures. Haven't found a good replacement since Opera 12.5 until I started using Vivaldi. WebExtensions can only do so much until they reach the limits of the API.

While we are talking about MDI – MDI in Vivaldi when? 😉
