It just makes things harder to read and parse.

Sounds like a skill issue, tbh lol it's all about context. In a thread about Taco Bell how could you not come to the conclusion that a comment in said thread with TB = Taco Bell?

Yea it probably is a skill issue as I don't need to perfect this skill in my daily life in Germany.

But what good did the abbreviation do? Save less than a second especially with auto completion? Was that worth inconveniencing others?

Nice strawmen you got there. Of course I meant that I at least do not encounter such contextual abbreviations outside of technical documents in my daily life.

You didn't need to announce that you don't care about how others see you, seeing that you would rather insult me and argue against a strawman. Have a nice one.
