Ah yes, the famously communist Russia, where billionaires literally get special lights to legally allow them to speed and alert everyone around them.
Wait do they really?!
(No doubt that Russia post USSR is capitalist af. In fact, the corrupt privatization post the fall of the USSR seems to be an influence on what the republicans want to do once they come into power in the US, sell off our prized national possessions like the NOAA and NASA to the highest aka most corrupt bidder)
It looks like they might have stopped, but it was a thing from the 90s to the 2010s.
