Y'see, kids, back in the Olden Tymes, you'd suck at new stuff a lot before you got on camera and promoted it as far and wide as you could.

In fact, old people would get mad at you if you did anything else but get better first.

So what we have here is an unfortunate misunderstanding of the purpose of performance, soaked in false glamour served on a privilege reduction on a bed of crap.
