Weโve been shopping at Costco like mad and are building a pantry of cheap staples to pull from for meals.
For proteins, buy in bulk and portion them out. Far cheaper than supermarkets.
I have been ordering 5 kg bags of red lentils from Costco Online to get the bulk of my protein.
Please don't tell the others. This is my life hack too!
