Here are some reasons I can think of:

  1. This would be an expensive project if it was large scale
  2. This would likely be illegal and thus any large operation would carry high risk of problems with the law
  3. A very small portion of the seeds would survive without proper care

  1. With a hardy species the expense would be much lower than the costs you're likely thinking.

  2. The whole point is, can you imagine if they wanted to make kudzu illegal? It'd be fun to watch them try.

  3. A hardy species my dude. We are researching only for highs. Let's get going on a milder level of THC perhaps, but ridiculous hardiness.
