According to flickr:

"Ghost Princess" Background From Pendleton Ward's Adventure Time. The episode's background designers were ghostshrimp and Santino Lascano. The painters were Martin Ansolabehere, Sandra Calleros, and Ron Russell. Nick Jennings is the show's art director.
