Nothing weird about it. This is propaganda. You don't accidentally accuse the current president of enabling political violence against their rival who has already had two (maybe three if the talk of Iran's plans are true) attempts on their life. OP is calling this evidence of Biden's danger to democracy in other comments in this post.
