Is that a hacked website or just a website he didn't happen to have registered that someone registered?
The second one.
I really don't want the definition of the word "hack" to get expanded to "someone registered a domain name and set up a website that closely resembles the official website".
I accepted "hack" to be a black hat definition, which used to be "crack".
I will, however, accept "someone got hacked" meaning someone took an axe to them.
Yeah, that’s not his campaign website according to the link in his Wikipedia page.

Reminds me back when a person would leave their phone unlocked and a friend would post something idiotic on their social media and then claim they hacked em.
