#Akademy2024 report: What happened during the Akademy of many changes.

We are wrapping up Akademy 2024 today, so no better moment to look back at all the new stuff the KDE Community came up with during the event. Discover the new KDE Linux, the overhauled looks coming to Plasma and KDE's apps, what the community as a whole will focus on next, and our renewed commitment to save the world.

Any plan to stick the talks on the #KDE #Peertube account? Some stuff has been uploaded there, but it seems to be more random chunks of video (eg. 25 seconds just saying goodnight) rather than specific talks.

Yes. Some stuff failed -- turns out streaming to several sites simultaneously is quite complicated and error prone. Who knew.

The team is working on editing the videos, and as soon as we have them nicely cut up, they will go up to PeerTube.
