This is a global issue. All of us are under direct attack. The problem is most people won't even notice until it's too late. And bringing it to attention makes them turn on you.
The UK conservatives have spent a decade trying to kill the NHS. Unfortunately for them, many of the staff of the NHS have other ideas!
America needs to deal with their for profit health care cancer. It keeps trying to spread.
