First run back today after a self inflicted clumsy injury whilst working from home. It's been about a month since my last run.
Wasn't too bad, quite a bit slower than where I was at, but have decided I'm going to focus on consistency rather than stretching for a pb every run from now on.
Injured foot is a little tender, but I think I stayed on the right side of effort to keep it under control. I'll see how it goes over the next few days.
Did you take the dog? Did he keep turning around and looking at you like "TOO SLOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU TODAY"?
Ha ha... Actually yes! He was out the front pulling me along for most of it...
