Is it feasable to adopt hiding only NSFW subreddits without blocking all NSFW (lemmy.today)

I just wanna browse all without getting spammed with posts.

It's stupid that Lemmy doesn't have an NSFL tag after decade of people complaining that reddit doesn't have one. but I'll settle for this.

programming.dev by default hides NSFW communities + politics, so you won't see them in c/all unless you subscribe to them. I'm sure there are other instances that does something similar as well.
