I'll give the kid an A for effort, but this is pretty cobbled together and clearly not tailored correctly. See if you really wants to look sharp, needs to go for a full ass suit and then match the hat to that, rather than a slightly mismatched piecemeal ensemble.

Also he should then throw that in the fire because a t-shirt and jeans are better than class warfare in clothing form.
