I'm all for replacing the diesel trains with electric ones, but I'm worried this rule is just going to discourage rail usage and put more cargo on trucks. I don't see anything baked in to prevent that. Hopefully electric trucks will gain popularity and temper that issue if so. I did see a Tesla Semi on the road the other day.
